Unconditionally loving my emotions

I had fantastic day
My relationship to emotions is getting so much better and better
All those journaling moments, those meditations to integrate my subconscious, those workshops, those sessions are paying.
I see the results of integrating myself.
That’s fabulous.
I sincerely love my emotions more and more
I’m happy about my relationship with emotions
I catch myself sometimes having a instant thought about my triggers when they come like “oh of course it’s welcome, and of course it’s valid”
That’s just golden
Feels like happiness and freedom served on a platter
No more war being waged at myself
No more isolation
No more pretending
True happiness
Not bs one where I pretend all is ok when all is not
Happy about that
There really is nothing wrong with emotions
