Here’s a little practice for you
Write on your wrest “I am loved” as I did
And see how it feels
Does that trigger you?
Does that feel bad ?
Does any opposing thoughts arrises?
What’s your trigger all about?
Please feel free to share your opposing thoughts about it, point is not to invalidate what’s in the other side of that affirmation, but to become aware of those limitations within
Point isn’t even to let go or release those thoughts, that’s a natural process that’s gonna unfold itself
But first, let’s try to understand those aspects of ourselves that are resisting that affirmation ❤️
